6 x 50 scull/drill by 25s

Main set:

1 x 200 IM +20
1 x 100 free +10
1 x 50 fly +10
1 x 50 back +10
1 x 50 breast +10

1 x 200 free pull or kick

4 Rounds-
1 x 100 free +5
1 x 50 stroke  Go through the strokes in IM order by round.
