Focus on left side/right side stroke symmetry

breathe 25 left/25 right/50 bilaterally

#1  swim (no gear)

#2  kick

#3  pull

4×200 on cruise+10 sec, descend 1-4

5×100 on cruise

last set:

100 easy

4×75 backstroke

#1 50 backstroke single arm drill/25 backstroke

#2 50 backstroke rhythm drill/25 backstroke

#3 50 double arm backstroke/25 backstroke

#4 75 backstroke
